Happy Monday! I’m back from vaca & my digital detox retreat!

Magic, miracles and messages abound when you step into the inner sanctuary of your special self.

I encourage everybody to get away every once in awhile and/or even once/week to replenish, rejuvenate & recharge.

Powerful transformation still underway for my next chapter and next steps. Can’t wait to see what is unveiled.

Everything still brewing inside. So much I want to share with you all! A few notes …

Overrated: Productivity = Doing, doing, doing. Busy, busy, busy. Being engaged.

Under-rated: Being. Being. Being. Just be.

The world looks different now. Everything seems different now.

Which came first?

The different scenery, change of pace or dimensions I was being exposed to on this journey? The words from a new book I was reading … that of a powerful yogi, Yogananda? Exposure to a vastly different scenery than the one that I had been exposed to?

Far away from a city.

As I saw names or drawings etched into the wall of caves from centuries ago, I wondered: What was their life purpose? What were they thinking, feeling, being, doing here in the desert, in this cave, on this trail?

Meeting an artist who merges Heaven with Earth was synchronous as I was reading about one yogi’s quest to merge the teachings of the West and East, the Orient and Occident.

I felt like I was in a different dimension.

I am now parched here surrounded by water. Parched and thirsting for more spiritual experiences like the one I have been experiencing these past ten days.

My heart is full of gratitude for the path I’m on—the trailblazers, the seekers, the gurus, saints, gods and goddesses whom guide me every step along the way.

Mostly, I am grateful for the guru & God within that sometimes shouts, whispers and breathes to my throbbing heart.
